They initially repaired a leak on one side of the house, and it held up well during recent heavy rains. But we discovered seepage on another wall, and when we called, they responded the same day and took care of the issue right away. The job required removing some paneling, which they reinstalled once the repair was complete. Fast, professional, and courteous service — worth the price to have a dry basement. Would highly recommend.

Daniel and Gregory came out the day after I called for foundation crack repair and were very professional with their work, even taking their boots off walking in the house. No leaks in the cracks they repaired so far- great work.

You don’t see this anymore. RM waterproofing did a project for me over 18 years ago. I was getting a minor seepage from one of the foundation cracks. Before calling, I was expecting the worst, I was thinking they will never honor their work after that many years, but I was wrong. When Daniel pick up the phone, that was no excuses or delays. He promise to come out in two days and he did. He took care of the issue with zero charge and professional matter. You don’t see too many companies anymore, standing behind their product and their work. I highly recommend this company as they do a fantastic job and they will not let you down when you need their help.

I highly recommend RM Waterproofing. We were dealing with persistent basement foundation leaks, and Danny identified the cracks causing the issue. They used a high pressure ejection system to seal everything up. Danny was professional, punctual and left the work area spotless. Definitely a 5 star experience!!

These young men were knowledgeable and professional about the foundation crack seal job and guided me through the entire process. They even gave me the knowledge of putting in my own French drain around the house to protect my basement from further leaks. Fair priced job I had 8 large cracks in my old foundation they sealed all of them. Now all I have to do is some DIY on the outside and I’ve got a dry basement! Lifetime warranty on the cracks too! Highly recommend.

RM Waterproofing saved the day. We had two foundation leaks we were not aware of. Our home is for sale. The leaks were found by a home inspector. RM Waterproofing answered our call. 3 weeks into buying our house, an old repaired crack was leaking water!! 🙄 we were just about to put drywall up and it rained two nights prior and we happened to see a puddle on the floor. I was fuming!! Couldn’t believe this was missed during walkthrough, inspection, and appraisal, I texted my realtor (complaining) who happened to know a guy. Daniel showed up next day with his dad,(who pointed out some things that our inspector missed very thankful for that!!! ) they assessed, confirmed, informed, and explained everything with great detail. I gave them the green light to repair another crack that wasn’t leaking yet, but it was repaired the same half assed way, so it was only a matter of time. Daniel was professional courteous friendly and very knowledgeable. They got the job done in a couple hours, confirmed the leaks were repaired, he guarantees his work. Needless to say I’m very pleased with his work and will be calling him in the future should any other issues arise. Homeownership is not for everyone…
